In the europeen summer of 2019 I did a residency at Jason Decaires Taylor Studio in Faversham , UK . This dream come true residency gave me a great insight into Jason’s surreal world of underwater sculpture . Jason has put together an amazingly knowledgable and hard working crew of International artists that are skilled into Life Casting , sculpting , Mould Making etc . These guys are ‘La creme de la creme ‘ when it come to making underwater sculptures and the exchange of knowledge was priceless . During my residency I got to work on some of the sculptures created for the MOUA (Museum of Underwater Art, Townsville ) I also got the great pleasure to live in this sensational “Harry Potter “style village that is Faversham . Faversham is located 75 Kilometres from London and is dated Pre Roman times (50AD) . …what a treat it was , like going back in time !
